WOW...

I sure am enjoying this warm weather that we finally got! It has been in the mid 80's all weekend and I am just tickled about it!! We have been outside doing yard work and sleeping with the windows open and riding the Harley. It's a beautiful thing!! :0)

My Boyfriend did a layout!!

Yep, that's right. It was a challenge over @ HYWWP. I never thought he would do it, but he did. He picked the papers, embellies, pics, title and ink. I helped with tearing, scallops, arrangement and the journaling. He wouldn't write anything because he said he didn't know what to say. I had him tell me some stuff and then summed it up for him in the journaling. Turned out pretty good and I will have to say he is pretty cool for doing it for me. :0)

Got 3 layouts done tonight!!

That is great for me. I got 2 of my friend Katt's sketch challenges done and a Photography assignment to take pics from different angles. I am glad I got to scrap, but I am not really head over heels with any of the layouts I got done....at least they are done though. :0)

Cupcake Card...

that I made for the April Scrapabilities challenge over @ HYWWP. I made it out of scraps and it was fun. I used flock for the very first time. Neat stuff. :0) Thanks for stopping by.

Things I Love ...

is what my newest layout is about. I did this for the April Happy Challenge @ Have your way with Paper. I also used Trisha's 2nd sketch for this layout. I thought her sketch was perfect for my list. There are some great challenges over at HYWWP, you should check them out. We would love to have you there and see your purty layouts. :0) Thanks for the inspiration Rita and Trisha!!!

Got Trisha's first

sketch done. I like this one better than the one below. I love Trisha's sketch and I also did this for the April color challenge at Have your way with Paper. Lots of fun challenges going on over there, you should check them out. This layout is of my daughter Destiny. I took this pic of her outside the other day. The Good Stuff

Here is a layout I did for the HYWWP surprise challenge by Rita. There are some great challenges going on this month, you should check them out. I think chocolate milk is some good stuff, so I scrapped it. :0) My friend Trisha has a great sketch challenge too. I started doing this one off her sketch but got too far off track, so I will do a different for her sketch.

It's raining and windy outside this morning, but it's beautiful outside too. Within a weeks time, there are little baby leaves on the trees and the grass has turned green again and all the dogwoods have flowers. My little weeping willow tree has leaves already. I love how everything is brand new in the spring. Despite the wind and rain, I was just thanking God for such a beautiful morning. :0) <3

My very first "TOOT"

I have never been tooted before today. I got an email from Basic Grey and they used my "When" layout in their designer gallery. I was very excited about it. :0) That sure made my day, especially after a really, horrible week at work. Yay!!
